翅片管换热器结霜工况的三维数值模拟与分析

摘要: 为2解2决翅片管蒸发器结霜过程不易进行数值模拟的难题,利用组分传输与动态网格模型
模拟蒸发器表面霜2 层生长的相变传热、传质过程,建立了结霜工况下翅片管蒸2 发器三维动态传热、

传质的简化模型. 计算得到了蒸发器表面霜层温度、空气压降及出口处含湿量. 数值计算结果与实
验结果趋势吻合较好.

Three Dimensional Numerical Simulation of Frost Formation on
Finned Tube Heat Exchanger

Abstract : Frosting on t he surface of finned t ube exchanger is difficult to numerically simulate according to
it s various affected factors. To solve this problem , the species transmission and dynamic mesh model was
introduced to simulate t he heat and mass transfer during t he process of frosting on the cold surface of t he
finned t ube evaporator , t hen a simplified three dimensional dynamic model was presented. The frost sur
face temperature , pressure drop across t he evaporator and absolute humidity at t he exit were obtained.
The numerical result s agree well wit h t he experimental data.
