Job Summary/ 岗位概述
To respond to job assignments in the repairing，installation，preventive maintenance and day to day operation of all HVAC system in a productive and cost effective manner so as to operate the system in a most efficient and optimum condition
接受工程部安排维修任务，以高效率、低成本工作方式对酒店中央空调系统进行安装、防止性寻常维修保养，时刻保证空调系统得以高效正常运营。
Duties & Responsibilities/职责义务
To execute all works assigned in accordance with the guideline and polices and procedures，especially in relation to fire and life safety.
按照既定政策和法规、工作程序与原则、消防规范执行上级安排工作。
To execute preventive maintenance and repair in accordance with the guideline by engineer and manufacturer's recommendations
按照工程师规定和设备阐明书对空调机组进行防止性维修和保养。
To perform emergency duties as per outlined under emergency procedure
在紧急状况下执行应急程序
To familiar with the HVAC system，its operating requirement and characteristics，so as to operate in strict compliance with requirement
熟悉整个中央空调系统操作和设备特性，在操作过程中严格按照规程序
