纵流壳程换热器工艺设计优化算法

摘要:长期以来,换热器的工艺设计采用类比试算的设计方法,使设计人员把大量精力和时间消耗
于重复的烦琐计算,虽可与 CAD技术结合,但最终结果往往只是一种可行方案,并不是一种最优方
案。由设备技术经济学和设备综合管理角度出发, 以纵流壳程换热器的设备投资作为目标函数,
在多约束条件下,采用纵流壳程换热器传热系数及流体流动阻力的计算公式,对纵流壳程换热器的
工艺设计进行了优化,设计过程一次完成,且能保证是约束条件下的最优设计方案。结果证明,优
化算法有着传统算法不可比拟的优势,其设计思路同样可为设计其它型式换热器所借鉴。

Abstract: Trial method was adop ted to the technological design of heat exchanger for a long, which made
designers spend a great deal of energy and time on iterate calculate. Though the work could be done by
the CAD technology, the resultwill be a feasible p roject, not op timal. In the paper, according to the the
