长江水源热泵换热器传热流动特性研究

摘要: 通过实验方法测试了以原生长江水为冷却水的换热器污垢热阻和摩阻系数的变化。
换热器的污垢热阻随时间呈渐进性增长,污垢热阻形成过程不存在诱导期。冷却水流速的提高可
减缓污垢的形成。长江水引起的污垢主要为颗粒污垢,其形成主要受江水中泥沙含量的影响。换
热器的摩阻系数与污垢热阻的变化趋势类似,二者均随冷却水流速的提高而下降。

Abstract: The variation of fouling resistance and frictional resistance coefficient of heat exchanger
using connate Yangtze R iver water as cooling water is tested experimentally. The fouling resistance in
creases asymp totically with time, and there is no induction period during the formation of fouling resist
ance. The fouling formation can be delayed by the increase of cooling water flow rate. The fouling is
mainly particulate fouling because of the influence of the silt concentration in Yangtze R iver water. The
variation trend of frictional resistance coefficient of heat exchanger is sim ilar to that of the fouling resist
ance, and the both decrease with the increase of cooling water flow rate.
