【摘要】：^p ：当前国家经济快速发展，居民生活水平逐步提高，水利工程在国计民生方面具有非常重要的意义，在水利工程建设过程中一定要重视对施工区域以及周边生态环境的保护工作，在改善城市供水和农田灌溉的过程中，防止出现对周边环境产生破坏的情况，本文与贵州省夹岩水利枢纽及黔西北供水工程的案例相结合，分析^p 和研究水利工程建设施工过程中对环境的影响情况，并有针对性的提出相关的保护措施，以供参考。

Absrtact： At present， with the rapid development of national economy and the gradual improvement of residents’living standards， water conservancy projects have very important significance in the national economy and people’s livelihood.
We must pay attention to the construction of water conservancy projects and the protection of the surrounding ecological environment.
In the process of improving urban water supply and farmland irrigation， we should prevent the occurrence of damage to the surrounding environment.
Combining with the case study， this paper analyses and studies the environmental impact in the construction process of water conservancy projects， and puts forward relevant protection measures for reference.

1 案例分析^p
贵州省夹岩水利枢纽及黔西北供水工程（简称“夹岩工程“）属“十二五”期间贵州省重大水利工程，位于毕节市七星关区田坝镇潘家岩脚，，，供水覆盖区域为黔西、金沙、七星关、织金、播州、纳雍、仁怀等县市周围的多个城镇。该工程既是全省最大的水利工程，也是生态示范工程，工程建设保质保量的同时更需要在环境保护方面做好表率、建设样板，为推进水利行业生态文明建设提供示范。
