学校领导：
美术是国家规定的必修课程，必须开齐、开足、开好。
开设美术课是提高学生艺术素养的需要。
开展美术类活动是丰富校园生活的需要，是学校文化建设的重要内容，是提高学生创意思维能力的需要。
