认真开展检务督察工作
努力提高办案质量和执法水平
近年来，我省检察机关检务督察工作不断深入开展，各级院都很重视，成立或明确了机构，建立了制度，相继开展了多形式，全方位的检务督察活动，为促进我省检察机关执法质量和办案水平的提高，起了积极的作用。但如何把这项工作做好，使之经常化、制度化健康有秩的发展，还有待于研究探讨。下面我就对开展好检务督察工作，努力提高办案质量和执法水平，从我市检察机关的实际出发，根据 高检和省院检务督察工作规定和要求，谈一点肤浅的认识。
一、检务督察的形成和发展过程
我省的检务督察源于执法质量考评工作。早在2002年，省院就对全省检察机关的执法状况进行了专题调查，发现我省检察机关的干警XX违纪问题有再上升的趋势，办案中出现的问题较多，其原因主要是少数干警接受监督的意识薄弱，内部自我监督力度不够，造成了检察权的滥用或不正确使用。为强化内部监督制约机制，借鉴我省其他司法机关开展执法质量考
