HIV初筛实验室工作情况汇报
各位领导、各位专家：
大家好！
HIV初筛实验室自2006年建立以来，在省市业务部门的关心、支持、指导下，克服困难和压力，顺利完成了各项工作和任务，现将2013年度7月份-2014度6月份HIV初筛实验室有关工作情况汇报如下：
一、加强领导，提高认识
HIV初筛工作具有严格的科学性和政策性，任何错误的诊断都会对被检测者产生不良的影响，为确保备一份检测结果的准确性和可靠性，中心按照艾滋病检测技术规范要求，进一步完善了实验室各项管理制度，并组织认真学习，在实际工作中严格执行。
二、基本情况
1、实验环境：中心HIV初筛实验室分为清洁区、半污染区和污染区，各区分区明确，物品摆放符合分区要求。检测仪器与设备布置合理，操作流程符合单向流动的原则，有利于避免交叉污染。墙面、地面、台面耐酸碱且易于处理。装有感应流水装置，备有冲眼设备。
2、仪器设备：配备与检测工作需要相适应的离心机、移液器、洗板机、水浴箱、酶标仪、生物安全柜、专用冰箱等仪器设备，并保持正常使用。有消毒处理设施和安全防护用品。
3、人员条件：实验室由6名卫生技术人员组成，其中有2名中级卫生职称人员。实验室人员有从事病毒血清学检验经历，并经省或市疾控中心培训合格，持有效合格证上岗，均建立了个人健康档案，同时HIV初筛实验室工作人员均参加了省级生物安全岗前培训班。
