轻钢结构工业厂房的耐火等级
1、轻钢结构工业厂房的耐火等级
　　轻钢结构厂房的承重构件一般为钢柱、网架，建筑外表面覆以彩色铝锌钢板或镀铝锌钢板等。根据<<建筑设计防火规范>>，其柱、～，建筑物的耐火等级仅为四级(耐火等级较低)。以我院经常设计的中密度纤维板厂或家具厂单层轻钢结构厂房为例，其生产类别为丙类，规范要求的最低耐火等级为三级，这样，轻钢结构厂房就不够资格作丙类厂房。
　　解决的方法，可在柱、，～，这样，建筑物的耐火等级可按三级考虑，满足规范要求，但应注意，应要求轻钢结构厂家在作结构计算时考虑防火涂层的重量。
2、轻钢结构工业厂房的防火分区
现代工业要求的厂房常是大空间、大跨度、通透的。为有效的把火灾控制在较小范围内，<<建筑设计防火规范>>要求在建筑物内划分防火分区，并明文规定了各级防火分区的最大允许面积。现轻钢厂房的占地面积通常较大，如中密度纤维板厂主车间的建筑面积一般都超过5000平方米，而规范允许的分区面积为3000平方米(生产类别为丙类，采取防火涂层保护后，耐火等级按三级考虑)，因此应作应做防火分区的分隔。
防火分区在普通民用建筑中较易实现，如在门、厅、楼梯等处采取一些技术措施，用防火墙、防火门、防火卷帘加水幕都可以较好的解决，若建筑内设有自动喷水灭火设备，每层最大允许建筑面积还可增加一倍。但若试图把这些技术措施平移到大面积的轻钢结构厂房，就会遇到问题。
