Abstract: In the are of progresses, technology is developing very rabidly, schools, organizations and people attempt to use multimedia technique on the teaching work .But in the application of process people exaggerated the functions of the multimedia technique so excessively unavoidable, and ignored the limitations of it, that excursions will happened to the teacher's leading role during the teaching work. So, with some old teachers teaching experiences of many years and my teaching practice I analyzed the superiority and limitation of the multimedia technical during the teaching work, and attempted to aim at the problems that appeared to put forward policies of replying.
The multimedia teaching is to make use of puter、an overhead projector and some office software etc’s that to be related to the modern teaching methods, and show a series of abstract teaching process to the students intuitively through
