试用期员工
工资构成:底薪+提成
试用时间:2个月
最低销售指标:第一个月为0,第二个月为10000元;
底薪:1500元;根据考勤状况增减;
提成:见正式期员工提成办法;
转正及辞退:第一个月无销售任务,产生销售即计算提成;第二个月完成最低销售任务即可转正;完成业绩在最低销售任务的80%以下,无提成,进行辞退处理;完成业绩在80%以上,但未完成任务,计算提成,但不予以转正,继续留用一个月,待遇不变;
正式员工
工资构成:基本底薪+绩效底薪+销售提成+奖金
基本底薪:800元,根据考勤状况进行增减;
绩效底薪:700元,根据销售状况进行增减;
最低销售指标:20000元;
提成:必须完成最低销售任务的80%及以上方计算提成;80%以下,无提
