XX多渠道资金补偿推进国家基本药物制度的实施

   XX自2月28日起，XX、XX等4个试点市的597个社区卫生服务机构（含非政府办237个）、289个乡镇卫生院（含非政府办27个）和12个村卫生室已经开始网上采购药品，对基本药物按省招标价格实行零差率销售，采购额达1900多万元，国家基本药物制度平稳、有序运行。
一、加强领导，制定方案
省委、省政府高度重视，多次组织召开会议，研究部署实施国家基本药物制度工作。2009年12月，省政府印发XX省人民政府关于实施国家基本药物制度推进基层医药卫生体制综合改革试点工作的实施意见》。制定了《XX省基层医疗卫生单位机构设置和编制配置的指导意见》等配套文件，对基层医疗卫生单位的机构设置和编制配置、运行补偿机制、基本药物集中采购配送等方面作了具体规定。
二、完善政策，加大补偿
XX完善各项政策，多渠道加大对实施国家基本药物制度的补偿力度。省政府补偿资金渠道及方式主要有：
