2008年公开招考教师面试工作方案
**市高新区管委会所属汇东实验学校、绿盛实验学校、红旗小学、大缺口小学经市委、市政府同意公开招考教师9人,为确保招考工作组织规范有序,维护“公开、公正、公平”原则,根据根据市委办公室、市政府办公室《**市事业单位补充工作人员暂行办法》(自委办[2007]46号)和市委组织部、市人事局《关于市属事业单位补充人员的面试实施意见》(自人发[2005]2号文件)要求,特制定此方案。
一、面试工作的组织和实施
(一)面试工作的组织领导
面试工作在招考主管机关指导下,按照公开、公平、公正的原则由高新区管委会人力资源局、社会事业局和各招考学校共同组织实施。
(二)面试评委及工作人员的组成和职责
1、面试评委会
面试评委会成员由7人组成,其中专家评委不少于4名(面试当天以差额抽签方式确定)。评委在面试前予以**。评委主要职责:根据面试人员回答问题的完整性、准确性、应变能力、逻辑思维、语言表达及仪表等情况公正准确地为应试者评定分数。
