文档介绍：摘要生态文明是人类文明发展史上的重要的文明形态,是一种逐渐被人们重视的新的文明,更是一种区别于工业文明的高级文明。人类对自然生态状态的认知程度与生态文明价值观有着紧密地联系。生态文明价值观的改变可以影响人类的生产方式和生活方式,生态文明价值观的不断调整可以转变人与自然在生产和消费上的矛盾,而只有这种价值观被人们所接受和所掌握,并转化为人们的生态文明意识,才能最终成为之共鸣的自身行动,才能更好地人与自然的和谐发展。因此,要更好地建设农村地区的生态文明,应当首先从重视和培养农民的生态文明意识开始,使生态文明价值观和生态文明道德观深入人心,为农村生态文明建设打下坚实的思想基础。刚刚过去的十八大,胡锦涛也提出要大力推进生态文明建设。研究农村地区的生态文明,要从提高农民的生态意识,培养农民生态意识开始,使其有利于我国经济的全面协调可持续发展, 有利于农村地区人与自然和谐相处。首先,本文以马克思主义理论及中国化马克思主义生态文明思想为基础,通过查阅马克思主义理论关于生态思想、人与自然关系、人类生产实践规律性和目的性及可持续发展观、科学发展观思想并以此为支撑展开全文;其次,通过问卷调查的方式, 从农民生态意识的认知度、认同度及践行度出发,找出农民生态意识存在问题及制约农民生态意识的因素;最后,对提升农民生态意识提出四种对策。即转变农民对生态环境保护观念;完善产权制度,明晰产权关系;完善立法,确保农民的生态权与参与权;加强农村生态文化建设。关键词:农民生态意识环境 ABSTRACT Ecological civilization iS an important form ofcivilization inthe history of the development of human civilization,is a gradual attention of a new civilization,a distinguished from the advanced civilization ofthe industrial extent of human cognitive state of natural ecosystems and ecological civilization values in close civilization values change can affect human mode ofproduction and way of life,ecological civilization values can beadjusted to change between man and nature in the production and consumption on the contradictions,the only such values are acceptable and,when available,and transformed into resonate awareness of ecological civilization of the people,in order to eventually e its own action tobetter people and nature harmonious ,to better ecological civilization construction inrural areas, should first start from the attention and training of farmers awareness of ecological civilization, the values of ecological civilization and ecological civilization morality deeply rooted,and lay a solid ideological foundation for the rural ecological past the 18 large,Hu Jintao also proposed to vigorously promote the construction of ecological inrural areas of ecological civilization, ecological consciousness。 from the increase of farmers began
