12月1日至12月4日，XX铁路局工务处组织各工务段主管维修人员到XX铁路局XX工务段进行参观学****XX工务段严谨、细致、精细化的维修管理模式跟人留下了深刻的印象。下面我就几点比较好的管理模式进行总结。
一、修程和修理制度
1、修程
线路维修工作分为综合维修、经常保养和临时补修。
2、修理制度
线路修理全面实施“天窗修”和“状态修”，施工作业全部在天窗点内进行。
线路综合维修应对线路进行道床边坡清筛、线路全面起道捣固和钢轨打磨。
应采用预防性打磨为主的钢轨打磨方式，并尽可能与线路综合维修或线路综合养护匹配进行。根据钢轨状态，应及时安排修理性打磨。
经常保养：分综合养护和日常保养。
综合养护：当轨检车动态TQI值超过规定的管理值、静态检查经常出现轨道几何不平顺超过经常保养管理值，经综合分析后，安排大型养路机械有计划进行综合养护。
日常保养：以轨道结构为重点，进行有计划、有重点的经常性养护，以保持线路质量处于均衡良好状态。
临时补修：轨道几何不平顺静态达到或超过临时补修管理值，或轨道检查车、动车组综合检查车、车载式检查仪和机车添乘检查达到Ⅲ级偏差及以上偏差时，及时安排养护，消灭线路病害。
