辛伐他汀治疗老年人急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察
【摘要】目的探讨辛伐他汀治疗老年人急性脑梗死的疗效。 方法 对我科2006年7月至2010年06月收治的老年人急性脑梗死 60例进行分组治疗。其中治疗组30例常规治疗同时合并辛伐他汀 10mg. 1次/d、晚睡前口服14d,另外对照组30例采用常规治疗。结 果 治疗组NDS评分及NIHSS评分和临床疗效及血脂变化优于对照组, 两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05) o结论辛伐他汀治疗老年人急 性脑梗死具有良好的疗效。❷

[Abstract] Objective To investigate Simvastatin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction of the elderly. Methods Carried on the grouping treatment of 60 cases of acute cerebral infarction from July 2006 to June 2010. Including 30 cases were treated with conventional treatment and 10 mg simvastatin, one, night bedtime oral, 14 the control group 30 cases with conventional treatment.
