Abstract: in the pesticide pollution and residue problem is becoming increasingly serious, pesticide residues in fruit has a direct threat to human survival and health, has become the social issues of common concern. How to detect and control of pesticide residues in agricultural products becomeThe urgent need to address the problem. In this paper, fruit organic pesticide residues detection methods and simple removal method is discussed.

引言
伴随大家生活水平提升, 营养丰富水果类在大家日常饮食生活中比重越来越大, 从而和人类健康联络就愈加紧密。多年来农民为防治温室蔬菜病虫害, 大量使用高毒高效农药, 造成农产品农药残留严重超标, 不仅危害大家身体健康, 而且影响农产品出口创汇。
1 有机磷农药特点
有机磷农药因其高效、溶解性好、易被水解、在环境中能很快地降解而被广泛地用于农业生产
中， 使虫害得到了有效控制， 极大地提升了农作物产量。然而， 农药也是对人畜有毒化学品，
易对环境造成污染， 在农作物中残留后存在着潜在慢性毒性和对生态环境影响。 mg/kg[1]， 但就最近几年检测情况表明， 农产品中农药残留情况不容乐观[2]， 所以对食物中农药残留进行监控检测对食品安全是十分关键工作。

伴随大家对食品安全重视， 多种新农残检测技术应运而生， 现在所报导方法按技术原理不一样关键有色谱法[3]、质谱[4]、化学发光[5]、毛细管电泳[6]、酶联免疫[7]
