效分析
［摘要］目的：探讨培噪普利联合口引达帕胺对原发性高血压 治疗的降压作用与不良反应。方法：选择我科2009年7~ 12月确诊为原发性高血压的患者90例，随机分为治疗组46 例和对照组44例，排除继发性高血压患者，停服原用降压 药物5 d以上，治疗前后查血、尿常规，心电图和血脂、血 糖、肝肾功能，并记录。 mg/d或5 mg/d降压；治疗组采用I］ mg/d和培噪普利4 rng/d治疗；8周后疗效评定。结果：治疗组总有效率为 % ,% ,组间差异有统计学意 义(P < ),且治疗组不良反应少。结论：培噪普利联合 口引达帕胺治疗原发性高血压效果好，且不良反应少，值得临 床推广应用。

Efficacy analysis of Perindopril combined with Indapamide in primary hypertension

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the hypotensive effect and adverse reactions of Perindopril combined with Indapamide in primary hypertension. Methods: From July 2009 to December 2009 in our department, 90 patients diagnosed with essential hypertension were randomized groups, 46 cases of treatment group and 44 cases of control group, they were excluded secondary hypertension. These patients stopped taking antihypertensive drugs more than 5 days. Before and after treatment, the blood and urine routine, ECG and blood lipids, blood glucose, liver and kidney function were recorded.
