磨碎碳纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料的性能研究

摘要:利用两种不同的磨碎碳纤维粉体(CFP)填充环氧树脂(EP),通过熔融共混制备了EP/CFP复合材料。研
究了CFP含量、长度与复合材料导电性能、力学性能和热稳定性能的关系,并考察了材料断口形貌。研究表明:P一
100型CFP填充的质量分数为25%时,EP/×10 Q·cm;拉伸强度、拉伸弹性模量、冲击
强度和弯曲强度较EP分别提高了124% 、186%、%%,同时材料的热稳定性也略有提高。

Study of Property of Epoxy Resin Reinforced by Carbon Fiber Powder

Abatract:Epoxy resin(EP)/carbon fiber powder(posites were prepared by meh blending EP with
two types of relationship of the electHcal,mechanical and thermal properties of the EP/posites,
as well as the fracture surfaces of posite,was result showed that when the mass percentaage of
P-100 CFP was 25% ,the volume resistivity of posite Was ×10607 cm,while the tensile strength,
tensile elastic modulus,impact strength and bending strength increased by 124% ,186% ,% and % respectively,
and the thermal properties of posite were also improved pared to pristine EP.

磨碎碳纤维(CFP)是将连续碳纤维经高温脱
胶、短切、研磨成设定长度的圆柱形微粒,它保留了
碳纤维的众多优良性能,而且形状细小,表面纯净,
比表面积大,易于被树脂润湿均匀分散,是性能优良
的复合材料填料
