进一步加强XX党派后备干部队伍机制建设
中国农工XX党XX市委员会
XX党派后备干部队伍建设关系到中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度的延续和发展，是一项具有战略性的政治任务。而后备干部队伍建设的关键在于建立完善的工作机制，为此，我们从剖析XX市农工党后备干部队伍建设的现状入手，提出了进一步完善XX党派后备干部队伍机制建设的应对之策。
一、基本情况
农工党XX市委成立于1988年3月，现有党员503人。党员中现有副厅级干部1人，正县级1人，副县级干部6人，副科级干部100余人。现有省人大代表2人，市人大常委１人，市人大代表６人，县（区）人大副主任２人，常委２人。省政协常委１人，委员３名，市政协副主席１人，常委６人，委员28人，县（区）政协副主席１人，常委５人，委员２４人。
二、当前XX党派干部的现状和使用情况
XX党派代表人士时代特征鲜明，一是更加年富力强，精力充沛；二是专业层次更高，求真务实作风更强，勇于创新的思维方式更突出；三是思想活跃，政治参与意识增强。但与多党合作形势发展的需要、与履行XX党派职能的需要相比还存在许多不足之处。一是相对年轻，社会阅历少，政治把握力不强，
