[摘要] 针对川东北地区地层特点和钻井过程中出现的井漏、坍塌、膏盐侵和碳酸根污染等问题,通过黏土矿物成分分析,
提出了河坝、普光构造陆相地层井壁失稳的主要原因是井漏引起的局部应力集中造成的井壁剥落掉块,元坝构造主要是因为
黏土矿物的水化膨胀引起的井壁坍塌,在对原有钻井液性能分析评价的基础上,优选提出了适合川东北地区不同构造和钻井
开次的钻井液体系配方和复杂情况处理措施,通过典型井普光 202-H 井的应用效果分析,为下步该地区的钻井施工提出了
建设性的参考意见。

Research and Application of Drilling fluid in
Northeast Sichuan Area

[Abstract] According to the characteristics in Northeast Sichuan Area and the problems such as lost
circulation, hole sloughing, gypsum/salt, carbonate pollution during drilling, through the analysis of clay mineral
composition, the shaft lining spalling created by lost circulation is determined as the main factor of borehole
instability in Heba and Puguang gas field. And the hydrative swelling of clay minerals existed in rocks is the main
factor of formation damage in Yuanba gas field. Based on the evaluation of the original drilling fluid, a kind of
drilling fluid for different structures and opening times is optimized. The newly developed drilling fluid has been
used in several wells such as Puguang202-H. The results of field tests proved to be good effect and meaning
suggestions for the following drilling construction.
