1.事故风险分析
本企业属于冷库保鲜冷藏贮存及经营交易企业,本冷库关键包含危险化学品为液氨,危险目标关键分布于贮液罐、油氨分离器、冷凝器、氨压缩机及相关管道、阀门,存在液氨泄漏危险性,在泄漏同时伴有些人员中毒和火灾爆炸危险性,本企业火灾爆炸事故关键有以下多个方面:
a.在氨泄漏后氨气达成火灾爆炸极限因为电气设备、施工、静电等原因造成爆炸事故;
b.因为储罐装载超压造成储罐爆炸事故;
c.自然灾难造成爆炸事故;
d.外界原因造成泄漏后遇明火爆炸事故:
e.人为原因造成火灾爆炸事故。

氨对人体生理组织含有强烈腐蚀作用。液氨飞溅到皮肤上会引发肿胀甚至冻伤,眼睛被溅淋高浓度氨,会造成视力障碍、残废;低浓度氨对粘膜有刺激作用;高浓度氨可引发组织溶解性坏死、皮肤及上
呼吸道粘膜化学性炎症及烧伤、肺充血、肺气肿及出血等;当吸入含
%以上空气时,数分钟内会引发肺水肿,人在此环
境中停留半个小时就会引发中毒,甚至会造成呼吸停止窒息死亡。故
氨工作场所空气中氨气浓度不得超出0. 02mg/l。
