建一条贯穿45公里海岸线长廊
2014年10月，记者走访相关部门，就海岸线沿线公园建设、宝安中心区公共海岸线建设等问题与专业人士进行交流。专家表示，期待建设“一线多景”多体验的宝安滨海休闲长廊。
“一线多景”满足多元需求
宝安海岸线有着非常优越的资源，但目前暂时是一种缺乏管理的自然状态。区城管局公园管理处主任秦明辉分析，宝安海岸线一直未得到很好的开发，与城市规划的进度及步伐有一定关系。宝安原属特区外，城市规划步伐慢于原特区内。另一方面，也有海岸线自身条件的限制。随着经济的发展，宝安海岸线的开发成了顺理成章的课题。
如何开发宝安海岸线，实现打造湾区经济和建设西部活力海岸带的目标？秦明辉认为，应结合宝安自身的情况，因地制宜。总体思路应该是提前为宝安海岸线的休闲、服务性规划留出足够的地理空间，先创造好环境，再引进商业投资，如此一来，才能更好地实现发展经济与为市民提供休闲服务这两者的平衡。在整体上建设一条贯穿宝安45公里海岸线的滨海休闲长廊，并且设一条骑行带，避免人车混行。同时，结合不同地段具体情况分段规划。比如，在滩涂段建设湿地公园、红树林保护区，在靠近海岸处建游艇码头，在靠近居民区处则以城市公园的标准修建休闲娱乐配套设施。这样，实现一线多景多体验，既充分利用了空间，又满足了不同群体的需求。
打造前海湾区滨海公园
目前宝安的海岸线沿线公园等基础设施缺乏，中心区目前设置的仅是临时休闲公园。宝安中心区规划办综合部部长黄伟文说，针对宝安中心区范围内的公共海岸线规划设计，中心区办开展过《宝安中心区滨海片区城市设计》、《宝安中心区滨海地带城市设计》及《宝安中心区海滨广场（二、三期）与海滨公园景观概念方案设计》、海滨公园（中央绿轴段）临时绿化设计等工作。
