《深圳市房地产市场监管办法》
自2010年9月1日起施行。
第一条 第二条 本办法适用于本市行政区域内房地产开发经营、经纪和估价活动及相应房地产市场管理行为。
第三条 房地产开发经营、经纪和估价，应当遵循合法、平等、公平、自愿、诚实信用的原则。
房地产开发企业、经纪和估价机构及其从业人员的合法权益受法律保护，任何单位和个人不得非法干预其业务活动和结果。
房地产开发企业、经纪和估价机构及其从业人员应当妥善保管在业务活动中获悉的交易当事人的资料，保守当事人的个人隐私和商业秘密，不得违法利用其所获取的信息。
第四条 市政府房地产主管部门（以下简称主管部门）依法对房地产市场进行指导、检查、监督和管理。
发展改革、工商、价格、建设、税务、劳动、国有资产管理、银行监管等部门依据各自职责对房地产市场行为进行监管。
第五条 主管部门应当根据房地产市场监管的要求，建立房地产信息系
