《关于修改〈深圳市绿色出租小汽车管理规定〉的决定》已经市政府四届一〇九次常务会议审议通过，现予发布，自发布之日起施行。根据本《决定》修订的《深圳市绿色出租小汽车管理规定》重新发布施行。

关于修改《深圳市绿色出租小汽车管理规定》的决定
为进一步完善《深圳市绿色出租小汽车管理规定》(以下简称《规定》)，现决定对《规定》作如下修改：
一、第二十一条第(二)项修改为“(二)经营企业与其聘用的驾驶员，应当签订书面劳动合同和市主管部门印制的员工服务合同示范文本。员工服务合同应当报市主管部门或区运政管理机关备案;”
二、第二十四条修改为“市主管部门、区运政管理机关应当每年对经营企业的经营机制、服务质量、车辆技术状况和服务设施、违章及投诉状
