深圳大甲岛野外拓展活动心得
上周末我有幸参加了公司为期两天的团队拓展训练—深圳大甲岛野外拓展训练。也许听到过的你会忘记，看到过的你会渐渐淡忘，只有亲身体验过的才会铭记在心，两天的训练不长，但很有意义,让我深刻的体会到团队力量的伟大，人生活在一个大集体中，一个大团队中，就需要有团队意识。回顾此次拓展训练：我们队员从刚开始的团队建设，到各个项目相互信任的彼此帮扶；从起初的彼此陌生，到在团队成员勇敢的迈出感召之旅一步；从项目总结中，培训教官深入浅出的讲解和学员们的精彩感悟，到游戏中蕴涵的人生体悟；无不让我的身心接受着一次又一次的洗礼。
此次拓展训练有以下项目：感召之旅，南水北调，XXXX，激情九九。
第一：感召之旅
感召之旅，使我们组建队伍之后的一个团队项目。我们队是太阳神队，在简单的团队热身活动后，我们彼此走到一起，相互介绍了解， 消除紧张感，建立这个团队。在没有钱以及其他可搭乘至杨梅坑停车场的工具下，我们需要去感召当地的人们，让他们送我们到达目的地。
