四、笔试
本文由湖南事业单位考试网收集发布。
(一)笔试内容。考《公共基础知识》、《申论》两科。《公共基础知识》主要包括马克思主义哲学、邓小平理论、法律、行政管理、公文写作与处理、时事政治等方面的内容，全都为客观题。《申论》是为考生提供一系列反映特定实际问题的文字材料，要求考生仔细阅读这些材料，概括出它们反映的主要问题，并提出解决此问题的实际方案，最后再对自己的观点进行较详细的阐述和论证，全部为主观题。
(二)笔试时间。

笔试地点详见准考证。考生必须携带有效身份证件和从网上打印的准考证参考，两证缺一的考生不得参加考试。
(三)笔试开考比例。笔试最低开考比例一般为1∶5。对于招聘单位急需紧缺、报名人数较少的岗位，笔试最低开考比例降低为1∶3。对报名人数未达到笔试最低开考比例的岗位，相应核减招聘计划数，核减后仍无法达到最低开考比例的岗位，予以取消，该岗位报考人员可申请改报符合条件的其他岗位或申请退费。
