渗 Al 碳钢在高温精制环烷酸介质中的腐蚀行为

摘要研究了固体渗 Al 碳钢在高温精制环烷酸中的腐蚀行为,并评价了渗 Al 层对碳钢抗环烷酸腐蚀性能的影响.
结果表明2 :腐蚀初期2 ,渗 Al 碳钢显示出较好的抗蚀性能2 2 ;但延长腐蚀时间,其抗蚀性能显著恶化,渗 Al 层以台阶方
式逐层剥落. 渗 Al 碳钢表面氧化膜及 Fe - Al 合金层在精制环烷酸介质中的不稳定性是导致涂层抗蚀性能恶化的
主要原因.

ABSTRACT The corrosion behavior of pack - aluminized carbon steel in high - temperature purifica
tory naphthenic acid medium was investigated. The influence of the aluminized layer on the naphthenic
acid corrosion resistance of carbon steel was evaluated. The results revealed that the aluminized carbon
steel exhibited an excellent corrosion resistance in the initial stage. However ,with prolonging corrosion
time ,the corrosion res
