燃料油期货分析
自建国以来，我国原油和成品油价格经历了几十年计划经济的管理模式，曾经对促进国家石油工业和整个国民经济的发展起到了重要作用。随着改革开放的不断深入，近十年以来，我国政府对国内石油价格机制进行了改革，先后建立了原油、成品油价格与国际市场价格接轨的机制，并实行至今。国内石油价格接轨机制的建立和完善，是我国石油价格机制改革的重要标志，随着国内石油市场的进一步开放，政府石油价格管制最终将逐步走向开放。
根据有关WTO规则和我国政府的承诺，加入WTO以后，国内成品油的进口配额将逐年递增直至取消，成品油零售、批发市场也要逐步放开。 随着我国社会主义市场经济的逐步建立和对外开放的进一步深入，石油价格由市场形成或发现，承认市场对石油资源配置的基础性作用，政府最终放开对价格的直接管理，改为通过经济手段间接调控和监管，将是我国石油价格改革和我国石油市场发展的必然趋势。
为了规避原油价格的波动风险，1993年我国曾在上海推出石油期货交易。在一年多的交易时间里,上海石油交易所的总交易量达2500万吨,一度成为继伦敦、纽约之后的世界第三大石油交易所，对石油价格波动风险的规避起到了一定的作用。由于当时期货市场发展不成熟，期货市场投机过热,造成期货价格大幅度波动,从而拉动现货市场价格上涨,进而影响整个市场物价的稳定,严重干扰国民经济发展的正常秩序，在1995年国家停止了原油、成品油的期货交易。由于近几年来，国际油价有加速波动的趋势，而我国的期货市场经过十几年来发展，市场机制逐步完善，市场需要有对原油价格波动风险规避的工具，因此，2004年8月26日在中国上海期货交易所推出了燃料油期货作为国内规避原油价格波动的工具。本文重点论述影响燃料油价格的基本因素，便人更有效准确的发现燃料油的价格
