公共卫生突发事件应急预案
定义：
指具有危害人体健康甚至危机人的生命的传染性病菌及侵害人们生活环境害虫等事件。
防控措施：
关注疫情动向，配合宣传：突发公共卫生事件（疫情）发生之前，物业服务中心有针对做好卫生宣传工作，普及预防知识，让辖区居民了解相关知识，积极有效地采取预防措施，预防疫情发生。可通过在小区宣传栏张贴一些切实可行的预防图片及相关资料进行宣传，做到防控突发公共卫生事件知识家喻户晓，人人皆知。
处理流程：
1、了解和掌握疫情情况：突发公共卫生事件（疫情）发生之后，与卫生防疫等相关部门积极配合，及时了解掌握业主及工作人员的健康状况，保护易感人群，消除恐慌心里。并建立简化联系网络，确保一旦发现感染者能及时处理和实时监控。
2、做好卫生消毒：针对疫情传染时期，为有效的控制人员的流动，保证小区内的安全，防止病毒的传播，制定人员流动的有效措施，实现小区人员进出记录清楚，杜绝外来及可疑人员进入本小区。
3、疫情感染者紧急处理：对传染性强、危害严重的感染者，一旦发现应立即隔离，并报公司及卫生防疫部门，了解病人接触人员相关情况，报卫生疾病控制中心负责接洽，对相关房间进行封闭，由专门人员进行消毒，管理人员随时配合相关部门的工作。随时公布小区现状，提醒业主做好预防工作，如有可疑情况立即通知物业，管理人员应耐心细致的做好业主工作，帮助业主及时解决相关问题。
4、总结经验教训，根据本项目情况对预案内容进行适时调整。
