物业管理有限公司机构改革方案
公司管理规模不断扩大，用工总量不断增加。随着业务的拓展，目前的组织框架已经不能适应企业发展的定位。结合公司实际情况及未来发展趋势，以提升品牌效益为目的，成立分公司和专业服务公司，使公司能在市场的竞争中肩负起外拓市场的使命，现对公司的组织机构进行调整，具体方案如下：

（二）各服务项目设置
1、成都蜀苑分公司负责蜀苑小区的物业管理，同时负责成都相关物业管理项目的招投标以及新项目的运作。
2、成立智能化办公大厦服务公司通过智能化办公大厦（电业大厦、油公司）的物业管理服务，加大科技投入和高级专业人才的培养力度，在条件成熟以后，组建楼宇科技工程养护服务公司。
3、成立专业服务公司
1）成立保洁专项服务公司将四医院院区和住宅区保洁、新天问超市保洁等专项服务项目纳入保洁服务公司范畴，拓展家政服务市场和清洁用品销售市场。
2）成立保安服务公司将旭园小区等保安服务纳入保安服务公司范畴。
3）成立比照专业服务公司将承担有公共事业职能的阳
