【摘要】 目的 评价玻璃离子在半萌出恒磨牙窝沟封闭的应用效果。方法 120例窝沟较深且无龋齿及非龋性牙体疾病儿童(240颗半萌出状态之下颌第一、二恒磨牙), 随机分为A组(实验组)和
B组(空白对照组), 各120颗牙。A组以玻璃离子材料进行窝沟封闭, B组为自身对侧同名牙, 不做任何处理。经6、12、24个月复查, 检查A组封闭材料保留及防龋保护情况, 并观察两组患龋发生情况。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application effect of glass ionomer cement applied for semi-erupted permanent molar pit and fissure sealing. Methods A total of 120 120 children with deep pit and fissure without caries and non carious dental disease (240 semi-erupted jaw first, second permanent molars) were randomly divided into group A (experimental group) and group B (blank control group), with 120 teeth in each group. Group A received glass ionomer cement for pit and fissure sealing, and group B received no treatment. After 6, 12, 24 months, sealing material retention and prevent caries in group A was checked, and the occurrence of dental caries in two
groups was observed. Results Group A had teeth
