区域高等教育均衡性满意度指标体系的设计

摘要：，提出区域高等教育 均衡发展满意度指标的选择斥则，从高校学生主体、, 设计3个类別、8个一级指标、20个二级指标的区城高爭教育均衡性满意度评价体系，总体反映区域髙等教育 和谐发展的受众满意度，有助于管理部门监控、改善区域高寻教育的和谐状况，促进高辛教育协调■公平、均 衡发展。

On Estimation Criteria System of Equilibrium Satisfaction of Regional Higher Education

Abstract： This paper discusses the feasibilty of applying customer satisfaction theory into I he research of regional higher education equilibrium. Il prujx)ses the criteria selection principles of equilibrium satisfaction of regional higher education・ Then this paper sets up the estimation system including 3 categories, 8 first ■ tier criteria and 20 second - tier criteria from the perspective of university students, parents t teachers and social mass respectively・ The aim is to help lhe rcgiialators concerned control and improve regional higher education equilibrium so that it can develop coordinakvely and harmoniously・ Key words： regional higher education； equilibrium dcvclopmenl； customer satisfaction； estimation criteria system

《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010 ~ 2020)》为我国今后十年的教育发展绘制了宏伟的蓝 图，其中促进教育公平与
