我国珠宝行业开展研究
内容提要
面临严峻的国内国际竞争,生死攸关的考验,越来越多的国内珠宝企业意识到打造民族品牌,建立以品牌为核心,进展企业重组和资源重新配置的重要性。
本文通过研究我国珠宝行业的历史、现状及开展趋势,通过分析珠宝企业内外的环境,得出珠宝行业开展对内要追求以产品经营为内容的核心竞争力的提高,对外实行以并购、重组、上市融资为内容的资本运营,企业内部和外部开展的结合促进展业内部资源的优化,才是珠宝行业开展的本质。并进步通过对品牌和企业核心竞争力关系的论证,提出我过珠宝企业以品牌提升企业核心竞争力,塑造行业龙头企业的现实可行性;通过我国珠宝行业实行资本运营的内在逻辑,提出我国珠宝企业进展资本运营要引用产业基金这一工具来完善产业链的资源整合。
