一、组织机构设计依据
根据浙江省围海建设集团股份有限公司《章程》、《组织机构与部室职能》、公司发展规划的规范要求,设计公司组织机构。
二、组织机构设计的指导方针
高效、精简、规范、动态。
三、组织机构设置原则
1、法人治理机构形成原则:执行董事为最高权力机构,监事为监督机构,经营班子为执行机构。
2、公司实行总经理负责制,管理人员聘用(任)制;员工合同制。
3、部室设计原则:职能部门分工明确,权责清晰,任务均衡、避免交叉。
四、组织设计的目标
1、提升整体管理水平,建立符合现代企业制度要求的组织机构、岗位设置和职责,以建立高效率、高效益为特点的快速反应机制为机构调整的目标。
