摘要 2007 年开始,鞍钢股份有限公司就解决 180t 转炉余热锅炉系统及烟气净化系统存在的问题进行了广泛而
深入的研讨,并制定出了符合国家节能减排产业政策的 180t 转炉升级改造方案,2008 年底成功完成了对 180t 转炉
的升级改造工作。升级改造后的 180t 转炉经过近一年的生产运行及评估,转炉余热锅炉使用寿命、转炉蒸汽回收
与利用、转炉烟气排放等各项经济技术指标均达到预期目标,为下一步鞍钢股份有限公司其他转炉升级改造奠定了
基础。1

Abstract Since 2007 , ansteel has researched extensively and thoroughly on the problem of 180 tons converter heat
boiler system and waste gas cooling system , and has established a upgrading alteration project of 180 tons converter
according with nation energy saving and waste gas reduction policy , by the end of 2008 ansteel has eeded in the
upgrading alteration project of 180 tons that the converter start its new campaign for nearly one year of
production run and evaluation, the economy and technology guide lines of converter heat boiler system natural life,
converter steam recycling, waste gas reduction have reached its anticipation target,this has established the foundation for
the upgrading alteration of other converters in Ansteel .
