挖掘机是大多数露天矿必不可少的生产设备,是工程机械中最重要的采掘设备,在冶金、能源、矿山等方面有广泛的应用。矿用挖掘机是露天矿间断式开采的主要设备,它可以实现完全机械化,具有机械化自动化程度高、斗容量大、环保性能好、挖掘效率高、进度快、机动性能好等优点。
由于常常在野外和露天作业,工作环境十分恶劣,要求挖掘机的各个装置既要结构合理,性能安全可靠又要尽可能降低成本。推压机构作为挖掘机的主要的工作部件,它的性能直接影响挖掘机的整体工作性能。本文通过对挖掘机的四种工况进行分析,确定推压机构的计算载荷,确定推压机构所需的功率,确定传动方案,设计推压机构。
本文还介绍了挖掘机国内外发展的现状、挖掘机的结构组成及工作过程,以及本论文需要应用的理论基础和应用的工具,并使用AutoCAD2004软件绘制推压机构总装及零部件的二维图纸。

Abstract
Excavator is necessary producing equipment for lots of strip mine, and it is the most excavating equipment of engineering machine which is broadly used in metallurgy, energy sources, mine etc. Large mining excavator is the main equipment when exploiting strip mine. It can pletely mechanization. It has the characteristic of high automatization, good property of environmental protection, the efficiency of excavation is high, and progress is rapid, quality is reliable,and maneuverability is good.
Due to work outside frequently, working environment is very bad. Which needs excavator not only has reasonable configuration, safe and reliable performance, but also has lower cost. pushing mechanism is excavator’s leading working parts, whose performance can directly influence excavator’s working performance..Based on the four excavators working conditions,we analyse and determine assumed load ,pushing power and driving scheme of pushing mechanism, then design the pushing mechanism.
This paper describes the status of the development of domestic and foreign excavators, the structure and the work process of excavators, the excavators’pushing mechanism theory and application tools are introduced in this paper, and mapping two-dimensional Drawings of assembly and parts of excavators’pushing mechanism by AutoCAD 2004 software.
