关于修改《辽宁省经济技术开发区管理规定》等51件法规的决定已由辽宁省第十届人民代表大会常务委员会第十二次会议于2004年6月30日审议通过，现予公布。这些修改法规的决定自公布之日起施行。

修改《辽宁省人口与计划生育条例》的决定
（2004年6月30日辽宁省第十届
人民代表大会常务委员会第十二次会议通过）
辽宁省第十届人民代表大会常务委员会第十二次会议决定将《辽宁省人口与计划生育条例》第四十四条修改为：“在计划生育技术服务机构或者医疗、保健机构中从事计划生育技术服务的人员，应当分别向市级以上计划生育行政部门或者县级以上卫生行政部门申请办理《辽宁省计划生育技术服务合格证》，按照规定的服务项目提供服务。
申请办理《辽宁省计划生育技术服务合格证》，应当提供相应的执业资格证明和所在单位审查同意证明。”
本决定自公布之日起施行。
