连锁店员工薪酬方案
根据2014年1月23日会议精神，特重新拟定连锁店员工薪酬标准。
一、薪酬标准
该薪酬标准分为4层8级：营业员、店长助理、储备店长和店长，其中营业员分为3级：试用、转正和优秀，储备店长分为2级：试用和转正，店长分为3级：初级、中级和高级。
月标准薪资=基本工资+岗位津贴+绩效奖金+工龄工资+餐补+话补+福利-代扣代缴
基本工资仅于出勤情况相关，按照自然月核算，每层级相差50元。
即月基本工资=基本工资标准/自然月天数×实际出勤天数
岗位津贴与岗位考核相关，除营业员试用与优秀营业员、店长助理相差100元，其余每级相差150元。具体执行标准如下表所示：
