述职述廉报告
**镇副镇长 ***
自二00六年七月份换届以来，分管镇人口与计划生育、村建、国土资源、安全生产、整脏治乱、招商引资、消防、地质灾害、危房改造、集镇自来水、旅游、环保等工作。在县委、政府及镇党委、政府的正确领导下，在镇人大主席团的监督下，在同事们的关心、支持和帮助下，坚持以邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观为指导，解放思想、求真务实、真抓实干、开拓进取的学****和工作，政治上更加成熟，思想上更加进步，学****上得到提高，较好地完成了组织安排的各项工作任务。现就换届以来的思想、学****工作、廉洁自律等方面情况作以下报告，不当之处，请予以批评指正。
一、加强政治理论和业务知识学****不断提高政治思想素质和业务素质
认真学****三个代表”重要思想、党的十七大报告、党的十七届四中、五中全会精神，深刻领会其思想内容和精神实质，牢固树立和落实科学发展观，不断提高政治理论水平、政治素质和执政水平。通过学****使自己深刻认识到，作为人民的公仆，要自觉践行“三个代表”重要思想，落实科学发展观，在思想上、政治上与党中央保持高度一致，严格遵守国家法律、法规及各项规章制度。为不断提高自身业务知识，便于组织、指挥、协调相关部门、相关同志有序地开展工作，认真学****了《中华人民共和国人口计划生育法》、《流动人口管理办法》、《社会扶养费征收管理办法》、《贵州省人口与计划生育条例》、《中华人民共和国土地管理办法》、《贵州省土地管理条例》、《地质灾害防治条例》、《中华人民共和国城市规划法》等法律法规。于2007年7月在省计生委参加为期十天的全省分管人口计生工作党政领导培训班学****并代表毕节地区在培训班上做了交流发言。通过学****进一步提高了自身的依法决策、依法管理、依法行政的能力。
