本次设计的题目是设计一条日产5000t/d水泥熟料生产线。(50%)(50%),袋散比为:30%:70%。
本次设计的主要内容包括:
,以及窑尾气体平衡的计算,同时还编写了全厂工艺流程概述和本次毕业设计的评述及展望。
。
在本次设计中,还采用了一些新的工艺技术,例如:高效率立式磨和高效选粉机等。本次设计采用了利用窑尾废气预热生料和粉煤灰的有效方法来降低系统热耗,把篦冷机出来的多余热气体作为热源来烘干煤粉。本次设计的工艺设备都能有效地降低系统热耗。

5000 TON PER DAY CEMENT CLINKER DESIGN
ABSTRACT
The title of this graduating design is to construct a cement plant with 5000 tons per day production line. The production is and cement, both their percentages are 50%.And the cement sale in bags account for 30%.
The main content of this design is:
1. Calculated ratio of raw materials.
2. Manufacturing process and selection of the main machine.
3. The phases of this design is to calculate and design preheated and pre-claimer and also the balancing of the main machine At the this time, pose the summarization of technology flow for what factory and quality control of the whole factory and prospects of the design project for graduation,etc.
1. The last step of the design is the layout of the whole the design, some new technologies and techniques are introduced such as vertical spindle moll and high efficiency classifiers and acts
To reduce the total energy consumption an affection method is used to reuse the kiln exhausted gases from the cooler is also used as thermal sources of the drier to dry puzzling, all these techniques are effective to reduce the total thermal consumption.
