论文题目:初中语文教学中“教育叙事研究”的尝试
——一所农村初中语文课程改革的报告

摘要
语文课程改革是新世纪教育的热点。通过对个人经历和教师困境的分析,阐明了实施课程改革的必要性。在文献检索的基础上,阐述了教育叙事研究的内涵,并尝试在一所农村初中进行语文叙事研究的实践。借助在实践中反思的手段促使教师的专业发展,培养学生学习语文的兴趣和良好的习惯;学习和落实新的课程理念,改变教师和学生的学式的白描,借助日记、自传、访谈记录、口述故事等现场文本描述教师的生活状态及其教学理念和教学行为的变化。得出了如下的结论:语文教师个体的叙事性反思活动,是其专业成长的核心;语文教师组成的校本教研共同体,是其专业成长的关键;语文故事盒是一种有效的语文学习评估工具,有助于形成学生良好的语文学习习惯,激发学生的学习兴趣,有助于提高学生的语文素质;语文课堂教学的四种类型,是落实新的课程标准的重要途径。语文教育是生活的叙事和实践的反思;是习惯的养成和思维的历练;是生命意识的唤醒和求索精神的点燃。

ABSTRACT
The reform of teaching and learning of Chinese is a hot issue of education of new century. This research shows the necessary of the reform of curriculum by giving a particular description of my experience and an analysis of teachers’ predicament. Based on the relative literature, this thesis point out what education narrative research is and put it into effect in a rural junior high school, in order to promote teachers’ professional development, to foster students’ interesting in Chinese learning and to cultivate good habit of learning; try to change teachers’ thought of teaching and learning and make a transformation of teachers’ and students’ learning style and living situation by using the measure of reflection-in-practice. The whole process of the research is represented by a research journal. Using the field text such as diaries, autobiographies, interviews and oral tales to describe the teachers’ living situation, the transformation of their thought and their act of teaching and learning, and make the conclusion: the reflection of a teachers’ individual narrative is the core of his (her) professional developing; a based-munity of teaching study is the key to it. Chinese story box is an available tool of students’ study of Chinese. It is good for cultivating students’ good habit and for wakening their interesting in learning Chinese.
