摘  要：随着2022年北京冬奥会的申办成功，我国冰雪运动进入了高速发展的阶段，冰雪运动和冰雪产业也由此迎来了快速发展的机遇期、黄金期。辽宁是我国的体育大省。冰雪运动在辽宁有其特殊的地理区域优势。本文通过阅读大量文献资料，发现辽宁省正以大力发展冰雪体育产业和创建中国冰雪之都为引领，冬奥会背景下辽宁省“百万人上冰雪系列活动”的开展，随之带来参与人数的增多，雪场规模和数量的增加，家长对于儿童进行滑雪训练的大力支持，冰雪温泉旅游的兴起等都对辽宁省的经济带来了巨大的推动作用。

Abstract： With the successful bid for the 2022 Beijing winter Olympics， China's ice and snow sports have entered a stage of rapid development. China's ice and snow sports and ice and snow industry thus ushered in the rapid development of the opportunity period， the golden period. Liaoning is a big sports province in China. Snow and ice sports in Liaoning province has its special geographical advantages. Through reading a lot of literature， this paper finds that Liaoning province is now vigorously developing the ice and snow sports industry and creating China's ice and snow capital as the leader. Under the background of the winter Olympics， "a series of ice and snow activities for millions of people" in Liaoning province was promoted， along with the increase in the number of participants， the increase in the scale and number of snow resorts， the strong support of parents for children's skiing training， and the rise of ice and snow hot spring tourism， etc.， all of which have greatly promoted
