【摘要】目的：探讨普外科手术患者术后切 KI感染的危险因素及预防措施。方
法：对3 146例普外科手术患者进行回顾性分析。结果： 3146例外科手术患者
有152例发生切口感染，感染率为4. 84%。结论：外科手术患者易发生切口 感染，针对各种相关因素采取相应预防措施可减少切口感染。

【Abstract 】 Objective : To investigate the visk factors of operative in cisi on infection in gen eral surgery departme nt and its preve ntive measures. Methods： The rate of postoperative incision infection of 3146 ca . ses in general surgery department was retrospectively an alysed.

普外科手术切口感染是外科手术后最常见的感染之一。也是医院感染的重要组 成部分。为了解我院切口感染状况•以便更有效地预防和控制术后感染的发 生•对我院2003年1月〜2005年12月手术切13感染病例进行分析。 l资料与方法
：2003年1月〜2005年l2月我院普外科行手术治疗患者 3 146 例，其中男1 825例，女l 321例，年龄3〜88岁。1. 2诊断标准：参照卫生 部《医院感染诊断标准（试行）》。
2结果
： 5天，最长216 天，切口感染与住院时间关系分布见表 1。
