THE PLAN OF NEW TIANJIN SODA PLANT INFORMATION
ABSTRACT
In the course of Tianjin Soda Plant relocation, it is necessary to analysis the informatization
status so as to find and resolve the problems. Combined with the informatization theory, it will
make sense to study the new enterprise informatization planning, which will promote the
enterprise informatization construction, strengthen the petitiveness and propel the
further development.
This article focus on the problems existing in the aspect of enterprise informatization,
discuss about the information sharing between different departments, manage to realize the
integration between different appliances plete the enterprise informatization planning.
Based on the informatization strategic theory, DCS planning will pleted by adopting
integrative idea and using the experience as well as introducing a new information technology.
ERP and MES planning will be finished by using service-oriented architecture so as to realize
the digitalization of manufacturing process and enterprise management and improve the
informatization construction.
The purpose of this article is not only to resolve the problems occurred in the
informatization of the chemical industry, but also to explore a method of informatization
planning and application for chemical manufacturing enterprise, which will be helpful to develop
and create a new management for the enterprise.
