Politicalissues,such as racial issues reflectedinthenovel,are spatial issues owners,who are thedominating class,impose the ideology of slavery on black slaves through their conceived representations toconstraintsfrom those representations of space,slavery isinternalized by differentspatial means, thesubj ectivity ofblack slaves isgradually ,it ispossible forblack slaves to construct theirsubjectivity through limited spaces of representation and spatial practices which run against thedominant representations ofspace. This paper consists of three One analyzes three significant racialrepresentations ofspace:1 24,Sweet Home,and slave ships during theMiddle spaces constitute astorehouse of power in which theracialideology isinternalized.
