如东县第二人民医院第十一个五年发展规划
2011—2015年是我院向基本现代化迈进的关键时期，我院应当在这个关键时期内，紧紧围绕经济社会发展需要，坚持以人为本、科学发展的理念，抓住机遇，加快发展，更好地满足人民群众对医疗保健服务的需求。为此，根据如东县及岔河镇第十二五经济社会发展规划纲要和如东县卫生事业发展计划精神，结合我院“十五”期间的发展状况以及对“十一五”期间的前景预测，特制定本规划。
一、“十五”发展状况
（一）“十五”期间取得的成就
“十五”期间，我院坚持以病人为中心，以建设基本现代化医院为目标，紧紧抓住改革创新这条主线，以改革为动力、质量为根本、人才为保证、硬件为支撑，不断强化内部管理，改善服务环境，各项工作均取得了长足的发展。医院环境优美，设施齐全，技术先进，管理科学，制度完善。“十五”期间，医院先后获得县文明单位，岔河镇先进基层党组织、综合治理工作先进单位等荣誉称号。
1、基本建设情况
“十五”期间累计投资约670万元，给所有病房安装了空调，完成了门诊大楼的精装修，改建配电间，调整配电线路，增容至250千瓦，对供应室及急诊科进行了局部改造，同时搞好院内绿化和景点布置，美化环境。对门诊楼、供应室等房屋进行了装修、改造，医院的环境面貌、房屋条件得到较大的改善，为广大病员和医务人员提供了一个优美整洁、宽敞明亮、流程合理、舒适方便的诊疗环境和工作场所，为医院在“十五
