建设项目竣工环境保护验收问题探讨

摘 要 ： 随着社会经济的快速发展，建设项目日益增多，建设项目竣工环保验收是完善环评手续的一个重要环节，有助于
企业依法推进污染防治设施等落实到位，并有效地防治环境污染，新《建设项目环境保护验收暂行办法》的实施，对建设项目
竣工环保验收工作带来了新的挑战。基于此，简单论述了建设项目竣工环境保护验收相关知识。

Abstract ：With the rapid development of social economy and the increasing number of construction projects，the environmental
protection acceptance of the completion of construction projects is an important link in perfecting the procedures of environmental
assessment，which is helpful for enterprises to promote the implementation of pollution prevention and control facilities according to
law，and effectively prevent and co
