乡的工作思路。各村陆续召开了村组干部、全体党员、治安计生中心户长和退休干部参加的会议，乡党委派一名科级领导和县党代表参加，专题传达落实县党代会精神。三是各村以组为单位，召开群众会议，进一步将县党代会精神传达到家喻户晓。 宣传贯彻求广求深。为了使会议精神传达到家喻户晓，我们充分利用各种会议、版报专栏等多种形式加强宣传，要求每名干部在深入学****的基础上，做好笔记，加深理解，写出心得体会。同时，在10月27日的干部会上对学****情况进行了交流，对传达落实工作进行了汇报。本次，乡、村和单位有条件的都办了板报专栏，共计召开各种会议68场次，办板报专栏23面。 几点做法：一是坚持用两条腿走路，使会议精神迅速传达到家喻户晓。一是通过各村民小组的群众会来进行传达，通过党员干部的带头学****来带动全民学****再是由中心小学组织全乡全体教师和学生，认真学****由学生回家后传达到各自的家长，真正将传达落实工作作细、作实。二是夯实了工作责任。乡上明确了每名科级领导和县党代表包村包单位传达会议精神的工作任务，在深入传达的基础上定期检查，要求每名干部都要学深、学透、学实。三是做好三个结合：一要结合
