本次毕业设计主要阐述了高炉喷煤喷吹自动化控制系统,不包括制粉过程的控制,控制范围是从煤粉仓、中间罐、喷吹罐、喷吹总管、由炉前煤粉分配器到喷吹支管的自动控制过程。本次毕业设计只考虑了一个喷煤喷吹序列作为控制对象。
本次设计包含:课题本身的背景、由来、意义、主要工艺类型、国内外高炉喷煤喷吹技术的发展现状以及对未来发展的展望;阐述了所需传感器、阀、开关等硬件设备,主要进行了煤粉从煤粉仓到中间罐倒罐控制,煤粉从中间罐到喷吹罐倒罐控制,煤粉从喷吹罐喷到高炉风口中的控制,停喷控制,中间罐和喷吹罐的压力控制,煤粉仓、中间罐及喷吹罐温度、压力的安全连锁控制,喷吹风压力的自动测量等控制项目;本设计主要选用的PLC控制系统的选型、硬件配置选择、I/O表编写、硬件接线图的绘制的工作。
